This league provides participants with an opportunity to play the popular game in a safe and supervised environment. The program uses super soft balls and safety is stressed during game play. Each week players learn new variations of the game, keeping class fresh and the kids having fun. Time limits are placed on all games so participants do not sit out too long and remain active throughout the class. The first week includes practice play and evaluations to select balanced teams. The season concludes with playoffs, winners taking home a medal. Each participant receives a team t-shirt.

Children are introduced to a variety of sports including basketball, floor hockey, football, kickball, soccer, t-ball and other sports and group games. The goal is to provide the opportunity for each child to develop motor skills and nurture his/her growth socially through teamwork and good sportsmanship. Children eat lunch with the coaches, then play sports in the gym.

Play and Clay

Interested in sports and ceramics but can’t make up your mind about what to do this Winter? Try both! Spend 45 minutes in our gymnasium playing recreational games such as soccer, basketball, kickball and more. Through teamwork and sportsmanship we offer a nurturing atmosphere for learning the fundamentals of a variety of sports. Next, students visit the ceramics studio for 45 minutes working on creative projects that have sports intertwined. If participants can't wait to get there hands on some clay we offer the opportunity to choose to go to the ceramics studio first followed by the gymnasium in our Clay Then Play classes. This is a great opportunity to develop both large and small motor skills in a fun environment.

Take learning to the next level in this interactive program consisting of physical activity, story time geared around sports stories, a snack break, basic gymnastics and lessons about the body and nutrition. This program is tailored for kids to socialize in an athletic setting focused on teamwork and fun.

Total Sports Enrichment

This enrichment program features a new sport each week. Some of the sports taught and played include basketball, floor hockey, football, kickball, soccer, and baseball. In addition, participants play many popular running and group games. Children have the opportunity to acquire new skills and develop confidence in games they have played in previous classes.

The Gridiron Tots Football program includes exclusively designed equipment tailored to enhance the early football experience for each participant. Striker Tots Soccer

Striker Tots Soccer is for young players who are looking for the perfect early soccer experience. Our specially designed curriculum uses age appropriate activities and games specifically designed to increase balance, body awareness, motor skills, and make soccer fun. Trappers use interactive games to develop balance and mobility; Sweepers focuses on close ball control, basic shooting and trapping skills; and Strikers use team exercises along with one-on one drills to develop proper shooting mechanics, field awareness and precision shots vs. power shots.

T-Ball Skills Clinic

This introductory T-ball program is perfect for a child who wants to have fun, make new friends and be introduced to baseball. Participants enjoy learning the skills needed to play baseball including offense and defense, as well as the rules and philosophies of the game. The program stresses teamwork over competition. All you need to bring is a glove!
