Parents are an integral part of helping their tots develop basic sports movement and motor skills. Motor skill activities focus on hand/eye and hand/foot coordination. Sports equipment and instruction are provided to help guide your child through an introduction to organized sports. Parents or caregiver participation is required.

Lil' Blitzers Football
The Lil' Blitzers Tot Football program includes exclusively designed equipment tailored to enhance the early football experience for each participant. The program challenges children to develop new cognitive, physical and social skills. In addition, each child will experience social interaction with children and adults in a fun environment.
Lil' Strikers Soccer
The Strikers Tot Soccer program is for young players who are looking for the perfect early soccer experience. Our specially designed curriculum uses age appropriate activities and games specifically designed to increase balance, body awareness, motor skills, and make soccer fun. Trappers use interactive games to develop balance and mobility; Sweepers focuses on close ball control, basic shooting and trapping skills; and Strikers use team exercises along with one-on one drills to develop proper shooting mechanics, field awareness and precision shots vs. power shots.
Players experience daily scrimmages with active instruction and tips from the coaching staff. Players are encouraged to employ skills used in football such as running pass routes, play calling, defensive positioning, the fundamentals of blocking and pass coverage. These skills and others will be put to use in a "game time" environment while the players scrimmage each week.
Come join in on the fun and start playing the nation’s most loved game! Players are introduced to stance, receiving, rushing, blocking and defense. Each week ends with a scrimmage encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship. Players always get to play either receiver or running back each week. Games focus on fundamentals and field concepts, as well as positions and mechanics. No equipment necessary!
Children are introduced to the fundamentals of sports including basketball, floor hockey, football, kickball, soccer, t-ball and other sports and group games. The program provides an opportunity for each child to develop motor skills and nurture his/her growth socially and emotionally through teamwork and good sportsmanship.
This class features games from two of our most popular classes: Dodgeball and Nerf Elite Battle! All Nerf blasters, ammo and eye protection will be provided. Dodgeball uses super soft balls and safety is stressed during game play. Each week various games and battle fields will be assembled to ensure class is engaging and fresh each week. Players will be separated into teams based on the games construct each week, with games ranging from solo (every player for themselves) to multi-team (up to eight teams playing at once). This advanced program will assist players with solid fundamentals and foundational skill sets with advanced training on hitting mechanics. Players will review all technical aspects of hitting from stance width, hip weight, snap, angular rotation, bat placement, grip, and finish to maximize hitting efficiency and power. Players should have a strong knowledge of hitting fundamentals, and are encouraged to bring a properly sized bat for their height and weight. All methods of bat training will be utilized, from machine to live ball hitting. Helmets are provided, but players are encouraged to bring their own helmets.
In this two hour long program, players will focus an hour of training on hitting, and an hour on pitching. Players will go through various best practices to enhance their fundamentals, as well as work on more advanced concepts tailored to their form and body type to yield maximum results. Small coach to player ratios help ensure players receive individualized attention and reps, as well as finishing every session with competition to ensure they can execute their mechanics in a game like setting. Players should bring their own helmets and gloves, and are encouraged to bring their own bats that are properly sized and of legal length and weight for their respective competition level.
