Hot Shots Birthday Parties combine real coaching, real sports, and real fun in a structured package designed to keep every kid engaged from the first whistle to the last cheer. Pick your child's favorite sport — or let our coaches mix it up with multi-sport options — and we'll handle the rest.

Age Groups

We tailor every party to the age and skill level of the participants. Most popular for ages 4 through 12, but we run parties for kids ages 3 through 14.

Hot Shots Sports organizes tournaments throughout the year across our partner facilities — including basketball, dodgeball, soccer, and seasonal one-offs. Whether you're a family looking to register your child or a facility looking to host a Hot Shots-run tournament for your community, we handle officials, scheduling, scoring, and on-site supervision.

Special Events & Group Activities

We also build sports-based experiences for school groups, scout troops, summer camps, fundraisers, and corporate family days. These are fully custom — tell us your goals, audience, and venue, and we'll create a package around them.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a birthday party last?

Standard parties run 60 to 90 minutes of active coaching and gameplay with additional event time for cake and singing. We can extend the time if you'd like additional activities, eating, or open play built in.

How many kids can attend?

Most parties accommodate 8 to 20 children comfortably. Larger groups are absolutely possible — we'll add a second coach to keep things organized and safe.

Can we bring food, cake, and decorations?

Yes. Hot Shots focuses on the sports portion of the party. Food, cake, decorations, party favors, and seating arrangements are coordinated with you and the host facility.

Where do parties take place?

Most parties are held at one of our 300+ partner facilities — park district gyms, community centers, and recreation halls — chosen for proximity to you. We can also bring the party to your venue if it's appropriate for the sport.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 3 to 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and during summer months. Last-minute requests are sometimes accommodated based on coach and facility availability.

How much do parties cost?

Pricing varies based on duration, group size, sport selection, and venue. Most birthday parties run between $250 and $500 depending on location, but you can also hire direct to a facility of your choosing at a lower fee. Contact us for an exact quote based on your event details.
