Junior Spikers Small Group: Overs and Serving

In this small clinic players will receive encreased 1 on 1 attention with a lower coach to player ratio. This program will focus on ensuring players build the mechanics to have fluid game play, and keep the ball in play and over in three touches. Both underhand serve and overhand serve technique will be taught, and coaches will help cultivate the form each player prefers. All equipment is provided. This program will scrimmage on in select cirucmstances and in a similuated manner to incorporate technique into game like settings.
