About Coach Steve:

A veteran Coach with Hot Shots Sports, Steve is always trying to find new and innovative ways to teach fundamentals while keeping class lively and fun.

Coach Steve was a six time varsity letter winner in Baseball and Basketball, team captain, and State Champion. He continued his career playing basketball at Kenyon College. In Junior High, he played seven sports including Lacrosse, Track, Hockey, Soccer, Football, Basketball and Baseball. He also graduated early from Kenyon College with a B.A. in Behavioral Sociology.

Steve's Mission:

To inspire critical thinking. As a Coach, it is my passion to help players understand the skills they are developing and why they are necessary for their success. My goal is to train players to grasp the mental aspect of the game as much as the physical one. This is the fundamental nature of drive, and the reason our kids want to show up ready to work.
