Join us for our new and innovative Hit Trax Baseball League. Using the same software the Pros use to increase their technical skills and learn valuable data regarding their baseball swing, our coaches will work hands on with players to run through simulated games. Providing players the year round ability to play the great game of baseball, they'll receive the highest level of youth sports development and instruction from our licensed Baseball coaches all while competing in the same fun environment they'd feel in a real life game.
Players will be assembled into teams ranging from 4-7 players, and their team's coach will live pitch to them while the software tracks their mechanics and provides state of the art information regarding their exit velocities, swing mechanics, swing path and more!

This advanced program will assist players with solid fundamentals and foundational skill sets with advanced training on hitting mechanics. Players will review all technical aspects of hitting from stance width, hip weight, snap, angular rotation, bat placement, grip, and finish to maximize hitting efficiency and power. Players should have a strong knowledge of hitting fundamentals, and are encouraged to bring a properly sized bat for their height and weight. All methods of bat training will be utilized, from machine to live ball hitting. Helmets are provided, but players are encouraged to bring their own helmets.
