In this extended version of our traditional Game Time Basketball, players receive an extra hour of practice and game time, as well as a Jersey. Focused solely on player development, players get as many reps as possible both in practice and during games. Gameplay follows the same format as the Game Time Basketball class, and prepares players for Travel basketball.

Develop early basketball skills such as shooting, dribbling and passing, along with the basic rules of the game. All instruction is game/drill oriented with mini games and scrimmages played every week. This class is for the basketball beginner looking to understand the game, learn new skills, and have fun!

For our 100 level programs hoops are set at a height of eight feet (Coaches may adjust at their discretion) and 27.5 basketballs are used in accordance with USAB guidelines. 

The next step in basketball instruction, this class will build upon the fundamentals taught in the Basketball 101 class. A slightly faster paced environment will be geared around competitive play, encouraging tactics such as attacking the basket and aggressive defense. Players should have basic knowledge of the rules and be able to dribble comfortably in order to succeed in the class.

For our 100 level programs hoops are set at a height of eight feet (Coaches may adjust at their discretion) and 27.5 basketballs are used in accordance with USAB guidelines. 

Players begin to develop more advanced skills such as various guard/post techniques, setting screens, moving without the ball, and offensive spacing. Defensive instruction includes man-to-man, denying the ball, help-line and boxing out. Players spend time developing their shot using proper mechanics to be effective further from the basket. Scrimmages are played every week.

For our 200 level programs hoops are set at a height of nine feet (Coaches may adjust at their discretion) and 28.5 basketballs are used in accordance with USAB guidelines. 

Class will be conducted with various guard/post techniques to develop passing, shooting and dribbling in game situations. Defensive instruction includes man-to-man, denying the ball, help-line and boxing out. Athletes qualified for Basketball 202 should possess intermediate shooting and dribbling skills, a basic understanding of the game and are looking for a more competitive basketball experience.

For our 200 level programs hoops are set at a height of eight feet (Coaches may adjust at their discretion) and 28.5 basketballs are used in accordance with USAB guidelines. 

This program introduces players to team-oriented concepts as well as more advanced skill mechanics, while also refining fundamentals learned in earlier levels. New players will be able to learn these core concepts as well, and class will be separated to ensure players of varying skill levels progress at appropriate pace. A focus on body movement and control will be prioritizes to enable players to utilize all aspects of the game.

Campers improve their basketball fundamentals, learn advanced skills, and enhance their teamwork. Dribbling, passing, rebounding, shooting and defense skills are developed. Campers are divided into groups based on age, size and ability.

In this shortened variant of our traditional Game Time Basketball League, players receive custom tailored training each week and twenty to thirty minutes of game time, as well as a Jersey. Focused solely on player development, players get as many reps as possible both in technical component and during games. Gameplay follows the same format as the Game Time Basketball League, and prepares players for organized team play for school or Travel basketball.

One of the best ways to develop your basketball skills is through game play, and in Game Time you do just that. Each week, basketball players are challenged through various games including 1-on-1, 3-on-3, and 5-on-5. Coaches referee and guide the class to enhance the players understanding of the game.

The All Star Dribblers basketball program is designed for participants to continue developing early basketball fundamentals and begin having a better understanding of the game. The program prepares players for game play by incorporating the rules and physical skills learned earlier in the program with game situations.

The Junior Dribblers basketball program is designed to give children an opportunity to begin their basketball playing experience in a fun and supportive environment. During the class, activities are introduced to promote proper balance, equipment, hand eye coordination, following directions and early basketball fundamentals. Parents are required to participate in this program with their child.

The Pro Dribblers program builds on skills and rules learned in the Rookie Dribblers class and also introduces more fundamental techniques and basic rules.

The Rookie Dribblers program is designed to progress children through their early basketball experience. Simple skills acquired in the Junior Dribblers are reinforced and other aspects of the game are introduced in a fun and supportive environment.

The Lil Dribblers basketball program is designed for participants to continue developing early basketball fundamentals and begin having a better understanding of the game. The program prepares players for game play by incorporating the rules and physical skills learned earlier in the program with game situations.

In this small clinic players will receive encreased 1 on 1 attention with a lower coach to player ratio. Players will focus on multiple aspects of the game, with an emphasis on enhancing attacking abilities around the rim and the ability to collect and score from various passing positions. Ball handling will also be a primary focus with a miminum of 10 - 15 minutes of hand and eye work done to start each session. Footwork will be worked on weekly to ensure players have the requisite skill set to execute higher level concepts and build a foundation to compete at the higher levels.

This baseball class gives players an introduction to baseball. Players work on technique and enhancing form in this comprehensive skills clinic. This program teaches throwing mechanics as well as batting stance, bat positioning and speed, using both live pitching and hitting off the tee. Players learn various positions in the field through game play and basic in game strategy. Players should bring their own gloves, and be ready for a fun, fast paced learning environment.

This program is designed for players to build on their current skills. Our instructors provide all players with assessments of their current skills, and offer each player tips and drills to improve their overall skills. This program features: stretching, form running, hitting mechanics, pitching mechanics, infield & outfield footwork, base running, game play and strategy. Participants should bring their own bat and glove.

This clinic is designed to enhance players' mechanics and form in fielding, throwing, hitting, and catching. Players will work in two person teams and receive focused instruction on body mechanics to ensure a solid foundation for optimal control, accuracy, and velocity. Players will focus on a specific aspect of the game each week, ensuring tiered development and that players leave learning an integral technical aspect every program. Sessions run at a maximum of 6 participants. Players are required to bring a glove, bats and helmets shall be provided.

Instruction and improvement of fundamentals for successful hitting includes: proper form/technique, grip, various stances, weight shift, stride, swing, and follow-through. Video analysis will be used to develop proper hitting technique.

Instruction and improvement of fundamentals for successful hitting includes: proper form/technique, grip, various stances, weight shift, stride, swing, and follow-through. Coaches will utilize multiple different forms of hitting from tee work to soft toss, and as players progrees increase the difficulty of the skill building to increase ball location, hand eye coordiantion, and body mechanics. Maximum six participants per session.

The Juniors baseball program is designed to give children an opportunity to begin their baseball playing experience in a fun and supportive environment. During the class, activities are introduced to promote proper balance, equipment, hand eye coordination, following directions and early baseball fundamentals. Players of all skill sets will be able to participate and learn the great game of baseball! Players should bring their own gloves, helmets and bats will be provided. Parent participation is required for this program.

The Pros program builds on skills and rules learned in the Rookies class and also introduces more fundamental techniques and basic rules. Fielding, Hitting, Throwing, and Catching are focused on each week, with more emphasis on body mechanics and control. Players will be introduced to simulated game play and use comptitive skill games to test their ability to react to game like situations in a fun and accesible environment. Players of all skill sets will be able to participate and learn the great game of baseball! Players should bring their own gloves, helmets and bats will be provided.

This camp is designed to instruct each participant on proper baseball technique. Instruction and improvement of fundamentals for successful pitching, fielding, and hitting includes: proper form/technique, grip, various stances, weight shift, stride, swing, and follow-through. Players should bring gloves and bats, and be ready for a fun and exciting time!

Each week ends with a scrimmage encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship. Players always get to play either receiver or running back each week. Players experience daily scrimmages with active instruction and tips from the coaching staff. Players are encouraged to employ skills used in football such as running pass routes, play calling, defensive positioning, the fundamentals of blocking and pass coverage. These skills and others will be put to use in a "game time" environment while the players scrimmage each week.

The Pro Blitzers program introduces players to more inttricate aspects of football, and conintues on the fundamentals taught in the Rookies program. Players improve athletic ability and increase football knowledge in this fun filled skills clinic. Teamwork and sportsmanship are stressed while playing various games that teach the fundamentals of throwing, running routes and defense. All children have a blast, regardless of their prior skill level. All equipment is provided.

Get the best of both worlds with our Basketball/Total Sports Combo Summer Camp! Players will train and play basketball each morning working on technical skills and team concepts, then get to have fun in our highly interactive and energetic multi-sport camp in the afternoon! Players will get to do everything listed in the Basketball Skills camp, while parents are also afforded the options of full day and extended day camp options. Children are introduced to a variety of sports including basketball, floor hockey, football, kickball, soccer, t-ball and other sports and group games. The goal is to provide the opportunity for each child to develop motor skills and nurture his/her growth socially through teamwork and good sportsmanship. Children eat lunch with the coaches, then play sports in the gym.

In this Innovative Sports camp engineered specifically for the SPF Sports Center, players will participate in a variety of sports, from traditional sports held on the turf playing surface, to court sports on the regulation Pickleball courts. Tapping into the high quality and myriad playing surfaces the SPF Sports facility offers, players will experience a truly unique sports experience that players of all skill levels can enjoy.

Children are introduced to the fundamentals of sports including basketball, floor hockey, football, kickball, soccer, t-ball and other sports and group games. The program provides an opportunity for each child to develop motor skills and nurture his/her growth socially and emotionally through teamwork and good sportsmanship.
