Jr Trevians Girls Basketball is a competitive feeder program for girls in grades 4–8 who are looking to grow their game in a challenging and supportive environment. Our experienced coaching staff, made up of former collegiate athletes and dedicated youth coaches, understands what it takes to help players progress. The program focuses on developing well-rounded athletes through skill development, team concepts, strength and conditioning, speed and agility, and mental performance. We emphasize a positive attitude, strong sportsmanship, and a commitment to improvement both individually and as a team. Through competitive training and game play, athletes build confidence and a deeper understanding of the game, while also connecting with the broader local basketball community.

Teams practice twice per week from mid-October through early March, with sessions focused on both individual skill work and team development. Each team competes in a combination of league play and tournaments, totaling 20 or more games throughout the season. Players will also have opportunities to participate in special event nights that help build excitement around the program and create a connection to the next level of basketball in the community.
