The Lil' Lifters program provides toddlers and young athletes the ability to play in fun, confidence building games that teach players the rewards of fitness and activity. Players will use various equipment such as play tires, climbing apparatus, tunnels, ropes, and "fake weights" to compete against other players in a low stress environment. Every game is designed to ensure players of all skill levels can participate and work on developing fine and gross motor skills. Lil Lifters: Flippers

Our oldest group in the Lil' Lifters program, our Flippers level will challenge players of all backgrounds and skill sets with slightly more complex games. The same foundational aspects of the beginner levels will remain teaching players how to work together and challenge themselves to compete with a positive and healthy mindset, all while learning to love being active and physically challenged. Lil Lifters: Movers

The next phase in our fitness for everyone Lil' Lifters program, players will be on their own competitiing in innovative games that challenge them physically, emotionally, and intellectually to help them learn how to compete in a healthy and positive manner. Games will include 1 v 1 concepts along with team games, and all games are structured so children of all skill sets can participate and win. Players will also do invidiual goal setting and skills concepts to teach them the importance of physical activity while encouraging them to find the fun in fitness!
