Arie Crown Hebrew Day School

The Hot Shots Sports Physical Education program provides students with the skills, knowledge and confidence to lead physically active lives. All activities are designed to improve motor skills, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, body composition and cardiovascular endurance. The curriculum consists of a variety of sports, movement, balance and strength building activities. These activities are all designed to promote maximum participation from the students, regardless of skill level or prior sport experience.
