This camp is designed to instruct each participant on proper baseball technique. Instruction and improvement of fundamentals for successful pitching, fielding, and hitting includes: proper form/technique, grip, various stances, weight shift, stride, swing, and follow-through. Players should bring gloves and bats, and be ready for a fun and exciting time!
Come join in on the fun and start playing the nation’s most loved game! Players are introduced to stance, receiving, rushing, blocking and defense. Each day ends with a scrimmage encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship. Players always get to play either receiver or running back every day. Games focus on fundamentals and field concepts, as well as positions and mechanics. No equipment necessary! Campers are divided into groups based on age, size and ability. Campers should bring a snack and water bottle each day.
This multi-sports program allows girls to try new sports and achieve goals in an environment tailored just for them. Young girls derive many benefits from participating in sports, such as confidence, higher self-esteem, and a positive body image. Participants are taught fundamentals as well as basic skill development in a variety of sports. Games and scrimmages encourage team play and interaction in a safe and active setting encouraging physical fitness and teamwork. Sports played include soccer, kickball, softball, floor hockey, basketball, football and more.

This camp is for both the beginning softball player and players with experience that are looking to refine their skills. Learn how to play each position effectively with instructional focus on base coverage and infield/outfield teamwork. Advance your offensive game by developing proper hitting techniques and bat swing. Campers will also learn basic fundamentals of pitching mechanics, grip, stride, and release. Softball glove is required, helmet and bat are recommended.
