Our oldest group in the Lil' Lifters program, our Flippers level will challenge players of all backgrounds and skill sets with slightly more complex games. The next phase in our fitness for everyone Lil' Lifters program, players will be on their own competitiing in innovative games that challenge them physically, emotionally, and intellectually to help them learn how to compete in a healthy and positive manner.
