Game Time Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate Frisbee is a fun and challenging team sport that is played in over 65 countries around the world! This class is designed to introduce fundamental skills and strategies of Ultimate Frisbee in a fun, competitive game environment. Players develop individual skills such as throwing, passing, catching, running, cutting and marking. Coaches emphasize teamwork and sportsmanship while players learn to effectively communicate with teammates.
