Arlington Heights
A perfect first introduction to organized baseball for our youngest players! The Pre T-Ball League is designed for 4-year-olds taking their very first swings. Players are placed on teams and learn the basics of T-ball — hitting off a tee, fielding ground balls, throwing, and running the bases — through skill-building practices and friendly games. Our trained coaches focus on positive reinforcement, sportsmanship, and making every player feel like an All-Star. Players will need a glove; bats and tees are provided. By the end of the season, your little leaguer will be ready to take the field with confidence!

In this extended version of our traditional Game Time Basketball, players receive an extra hour of practice and game time, as well as a Jersey. Focused solely on player development, players get as many reps as possible both in practice and during games. Gameplay follows the same format as the Game Time Basketball class, and prepares players for Travel basketball.
The Volleyball League exposes youth players to team dynamics and develops volleyball skills, strategy, and technique. Evaluations will be held the first week and will be used to determine team placement and provide balanced teams. The Hot Shots Sports coaches will conduct skills session each week, followed by multiple games for each team that will be timed. Emphasis for the league will be placed on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, and teams will be formed weekly to ensure the most competitive matchups are made each and every week.

The next step up from T-Ball, the Rookie Ball League is for players ready to take their game to the next level. As the season progresses, players hit off a tee and graduate to coach-pitch, learning game situations, position play, and the rules of baseball. Each session combines skill-building practice with real-game experience. Our Hot Shots Sports coaches emphasize fundamentals — throwing, catching, hitting, and fielding — while keeping the focus on fun, teamwork, and growing every player's love of the game. A glove is required; helmets and bats are provided. Cheering parents are encouraged!

Strikers Soccer
The Strikers Tot Soccer program is for young players who are looking for the perfect early soccer experience. Our specially designed curriculum uses age appropriate activities and games specifically designed to increase balance, body awareness, motor skills, and make soccer fun. Juniors use interactive games to develop balance and mobility; Rookies focuses on close ball control, basic shooting and trapping skills; and Pros and All Stars use team exercises along with one-on one drills to develop proper shooting mechanics, field awareness and precision shots vs. power shots.
This league provides participants with the opportunity to learn and play floor hockey in a safe and fun environment. Players learn positions, stick handling, and ball control in this fun, fast-paced class. In addition, players develop teamwork and sportsmanship while having fun competitive game play each week. Safety and having fun are a MUST when you step on the floor. Come ready to play!
Skokie

The Flag Football League provides participants with knowledge of basic offensive and defensive football strategy. Each participant learns the basics of the game with the opportunity to put their skills and knowledge to use in a positive competitive environment. The first two weeks consist of practice sessions in which participants learn pass patterns, formations, offensive plays, defensive sets and coverage schemes with brief scimmage sessions. After the initial two weeks of practice, games will be held for a minimum of one hour, with teams assigned weekly to maximize matchuips. Through the course of the season, players will build on prinicples taught the previous week, and learn a comprehensive knowledge of play calls and how playbooks operate. This league provides an excellent opportunity for young players interested in pursuing competitive outdoor football to learn the skills of the game. Jerseys are provided.

Wilmette
This program features weekly practices and games. Participants learn the basics of softball in a fun environment that allows them to develop skills on practice days and implement them on game days. The season starts off with a clinic for players. During practices, the staff of Hot Shots Sports will be available to assist volunteer coaches and their teams during their designated practice time. Coaches pitch on game days with more emphasis placed on how to field, hit, run the bases, and the basic rules of the game. Teams will be formed based on school. An 11-inch softie softball will be used.
Girls play one or two games per week and practice one day per week. Once rosters are put together, they are final. The program depends on parents and friends to volunteer for coaching duties. Those interested may call 847/256-9690. All players receive a team jersey.
