Develop early basketball skills such as shooting, dribbling and passing, along with the basic rules of the game. All instruction is game/drill oriented with mini games and scrimmages played every week. This class is for the basketball beginner looking to understand the game, learn new skills, and have fun!

For our 100 level programs hoops are set at a height of eight feet (Coaches may adjust at their discretion) and 27.5 basketballs are used in accordance with USAB guidelines. 

Players begin to develop more advanced skills such as various guard/post techniques, setting screens, moving without the ball, and offensive spacing. Defensive instruction includes man-to-man, denying the ball, help-line and boxing out. Players spend time developing their shot using proper mechanics to be effective further from the basket. Scrimmages are played every week.

For our 200 level programs hoops are set at a height of nine feet (Coaches may adjust at their discretion) and 28.5 basketballs are used in accordance with USAB guidelines. 

One of the best ways to develop your basketball skills is through game play, and in Game Time you do just that. Each week, basketball players are challenged through various games including 1-on-1, 3-on-3, and 5-on-5. Coaches referee and guide the class to enhance the players understanding of the game.

The Junior Dribblers basketball program is designed to give children an opportunity to begin their basketball playing experience in a fun and supportive environment. During the class, activities are introduced to promote proper balance, equipment, hand eye coordination, following directions and early basketball fundamentals. Parents are required to participate in this program with their child.

The Pro Dribblers program builds on skills and rules learned in the Rookie Dribblers class and also introduces more fundamental techniques and basic rules.

The Rookie Dribblers program is designed to progress children through their early basketball experience. Simple skills acquired in the Junior Dribblers are reinforced and other aspects of the game are introduced in a fun and supportive environment.

Take your game to the next level at Basketball Skills Camp! Campers will refine their fundamentals while learning advanced techniques in dribbling, passing, rebounding, shooting, and defense. Through skill-building drills, fun competitions, and team-focused activities, players will enhance their confidence, decision-making, and overall understanding of the game. Campers will be grouped by age, size, and skill level to ensure a challenging yet supportive environment for all. Please bring a snack and a water bottle each day to stay fueled and hydrated.

The Rookies program is designed to progress children through their early baseball experience. Simple skills acquired in the Juniors division are reinforced and other aspects of the game are introduced in a fun and supportive environment. Fielding, throwing, catching, and hitting are focused on each week, with the aim to introduce players to a controled scrimmage by the end of the session. Players of all skill sets will be able to participate and learn the great game of baseball! Players should bring their own gloves, helmets and bats will be provided.

Come join in on the fun and start playing the nation’s most loved game! Players are introduced to stance, receiving, rushing, blocking and defense. Each week ends with a scrimmage encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship. Players always get to play either receiver or running back each week. Games focus on fundamentals and field concepts, as well as positions and mechanics. No equipment necessary!

The best way to spend your Spring Break, this camp is the ultimate sports camp; focusing on a variety of sports including flag football, basketball, baseball, kickball, soccer, capture the flag, and other group games players are guaranteed to have an exciting and engaging sports experience. Each day camper’s focus on skill development and fundamentals for each respective sport, followed by game play. Players are always separated into groups based on age, size, friend requests, and skill to ensure a safe and competitive environment.

This camp focuses on a variety of sports including flag football, basketball, baseball, kickball, soccer, capture the flag, and other group games. The Volleyball League exposes youth players to team dynamics and develops volleyball skills, strategy, and technique. Evaluations will be held the first week and will be used to determine team placement and provide balanced teams. The Hot Shots Sports coaches will conduct skills session each week, followed by multiple games for each team that will be timed. Emphasis for the league will be placed on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, and teams will be formed weekly to ensure the most competitive matchups are made each and every week.

Join us this summer for Sand Volleyball Camp, where you’ll develop your volleyball skills, strategy, and technique with the experienced coaches of Hot Shots Sports! Players will strengthen their fundamentals through fun, active drills, while daily scrimmages allow them to apply these skills in a game setting. Campers should bring a snack and a water bottle each day. Get ready for a summer full of great volleyball action on the sand!

This clinic includes instruction on all major volleyball skills; serving, passing, setting and attacking. Players receive a solid foundation of these fundamental skills through fun and active drills, building up to team play. This class is for the volleyball beginner looking to understand the game and learn new skills. Kneepads are recommended.

This clinic focuses on progressing all skills including, transitioning from free ball, offense, defense, and developing specific positions. This is a great opportunity for players to enhance their skill level and knowledge of the game. Kneepads are recommended.

This skills clinic includes advanced instruction on all major volleyball skills: serving, passing, setting and attacking. This class is for the advanced volleyball player that has a strong foundation of these skills and is looking for a more intensive focus. Kneepads are recommended.

Players are introduced to the fundamentals of soccer tactics such as passing the ball, offensive moves, defensive moves, keeping/controlling the ball and taking the ball away from the opposing team. Players learn to score and prevent goals. Physical endurance and fitness are emphasized while touching the ball. At this age, the focus starts to change from simple games to organized, tactical, competitive games.

In the next stage of their progression, players increase their playing stamina and speed in an up-tempo game like atmosphere. The clinic’s specific technique training involves strength and placement shooting, landing on the shooting foot, precision passing, settling the ball with various body parts and advanced fundamentals and skill maneuvers. Most importantly, players are taught game concepts that will improve their decision-making and overall game.

The Juniors Strikers program introduces players to the fun and excitement of the world’s most popular sport, soccer. This class uses age appropriate games and drills to promote motor skills and familiarity with a soccer ball. Through our fun games and adventure themed activities, players develop skills such as balance, shooting, close ball control, and trapping. The Juniors experience is one that not only instills a love for the game of soccer, but also shows the importance of sports activity to promote a full and healthy life.

The Rookies Strikers program is the next step in the development for your young soccer player. The focus of classes is FUNdamentals that are crucial for every budding soccer player.  Players focus on foot placement while shooting, following through on their shot, manipulating the ball in creative ways, defensive stance, and much more; all while participating in our fun games and adventure themed activities. Shin guards are optional, all equipment is provided. 

Leap, hop, skip, run your way through obstacles and put your Ninja skills to the test. This fun movement based class will challenge your Ninja to maneuver over and under objects. Other aerobic and anaerobic activities, skill challenges, competitions and games will be played to ensure an interactive, fun, and rewarding environment is created for participants to engage with fitness in a postiive and stimulating manner. Bring your gym shoes and get ready for one of the most creative and innovative sports camps around!

Get ready for nonstop action at Dodgeball & Nerf Battle Camp! This exciting camp combines two of our most popular activities—Dodgeball and Nerf Elite Battle—for an unforgettable experience. Campers will enjoy high-energy games that promote teamwork, strategy, and friendly competition. All Nerf blasters, ammo, and eye protection are provided, and dodgeball is played with soft, kid-friendly balls to ensure a safe and fun environment. Campers should bring a snack and a water bottle each day to stay energized. Come ready to dodge, dive, and battle your way through an action-packed week!
